PRICES

€1,900.- per week from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday (7 nights).  Maximum of six people with usage of the shared swimming pool.

E250.- cash refundable deposit charged on arrival against any damages (refunded on day of departure in cash)

what is included..

• all electricity / gas / water bills

• wifi connection

• maid service for guests staying for over a week which comprises a full house clean with change of bed linen and towels (bathroom, pool & kitchen)

• extra maid service is available at an extra cost per hour (paid directly to maid)

• welcome general provisions

• pets are not allowed but we are happy to discuss your needs

• weekly pool maintenance service

• firewood/firelighters/charcoal provided for the barbecue in summer and wood for stove in winter

• this is a self catering holiday home. We do not provide toiletries for the duration of your stay. We are happy to supply the house for when guests arrive with sufficient for their arrival (loo paper, soap, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• guests have use of the pool and the following terraces: Casa Anita terrace, grass gazebo terrace & pool terrace. The owners (a couple) may occasionally use the pool and far end of the pool terrace.

• please note that our check in time is from 16:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. We require our guests to be respectful of this as we need to air and sanitise the house following EU regulations regarding Covid.

• prices and T&C apply to the rental of the whole of Casa Anita irrespective of the number of people visiting up to a maximum of 6 people. The house is not available for part-rent and is to be used by the occupants and no others.

• minimum stay one week (7 nights; from Sat to Sat or Fri to Fri)

•  the pool is shared with the owners only

• a 30% deposit is required within 5 days to secure the reservation. Please note that reservations are not considered firm until the deposit is received.

• the balance is due 40 days prior to arrival date (not including arrival date)

• payment can be made via iBanking or Paypal. Please complete the reservations request form and we shall confirm availability as soon as possible. You will then receive an email with payment instructions for the deposit and a receipt shall be issued when received and cleared. This is confirmation of your booking. The remainder is due 40 days prior to your arrival as mentioned above and we shall send you a payment email reminder.

• cancellation policy: 80% refundable if cancelled 40 days prior to arrival. After that non refundable. (days are consecutive, irrespective of holidays or other, the 40 days being counted from the assumed date of your arrival).
